And there's even more space under the hood: the Dual Rail System pull-out tray can support up to 40 kg of equipment, from master keyboards to controllers. Strong supports ensure that the tray remains absolutely stable even when fully extended. The smart cable management keeps wires both out of the way and within easy reach. Before you make up your mind about a product, be sure to ask any and all questions to make sure that this product is for you. We select each product carefully and are convinced that it is absolutely great for the price and will give you satisfaction for many, many years. That's why we give a 2-year warranty for every product. We want you to hang on to it and cherish it for a long time.
If the product presents any defects upon arrival we will supply you with spare parts or a replacement or in some rare cases we can agree upon a credit note, it all depends on what the carrier did to it... Rest assured that every product is checked and leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, but after that, it is out of our hands and the hazards of shipping have become - shall we say hazardous? We currently do not offer returns for the US market.
At Zaor we know that a good product with a great design results in longevity therefore we stand by the products we offer. All the products from our marketplace (Zaor.us) meet our quality standards. Our quality control ensures the best possible quality for you and the fastest possible help in case of failure. Of course we also expect you to treat the product with due respect and use it only as conceived by its creator.
All our products will be delivered with basic care tips. For example, if you order a solid wood studio desk with cleaning tips (such as: “don’t use toxic chemical solutions to clean your desk because it can damage the painting”) failing to do so will void the warranty. Should an upgrade or improvement affect important specific parts of the order such as color, size or weight then the we will inform you in due time before delivering the goods and give you a choice to withdraw from the sale. This does not apply to custom goods, where an adaptation might be necessary to maintain the functionality required by the Buyer.
You don't need any extra papers except your invoice number (your customer number usually suffices, too). Please contact our customer service team in the first instance as they can advise the next best possible step.
If a product that you purchased for example last year that has a valid guarantee cannot be repaired and the product is not available anymore, we can offer you an alternative product of your choice in the same price range.

Well, since I have not received any of the items purchased yet, the order has not been fulfilled.
I have reached out to customer service and was told that they had a higher-than-expected number of orders for GripRacks and they would ship my desk once the GripRacks I also ordered were built. They told me it would be too costly to ship them separately.
To be clear, the low rating isn’t for having to wait, or even for the quality of the items (since I don’t have them yet), but for not being told when placing the order that there would be a delay and also for requesting a review before having even shipped the order.
Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of the desk as I still have not received a part of my package. While your company has been decently responsive to my inquiries about the whereabouts of my shipment, the inconvenience this has caused me has frustrated me to no end and has made my experience with your company quite negative. I would recommend switching your shipping service to one that actually updates their tracking information and doesn’t deliver parts of the shipments weeks apart.
