1. Shipping

At Zaor we package our products in the best possible way while keeping costs reasonable. This is why we ship everything flat packed, to reduce volume and risk of breakage. Should something nonetheless go wrong during transport we will replace any damaged parts so that you will have a fully functioning and "as new" product. 

• Free Delivery

We provide free home delivery to the lower 48 States of the US. 

• Other Countries

For the moment we don't have a great solution for shipping from our US warehouse to Canada. Please contact Studio Economik in Montreal who are able to sell you our complete range of furniture including desks, Stands, racks, and more. For other countries such as Puerto Rico, Mexico and more, please contact us @ sales at zaorstudiofurniture dot com

2. Cancellation & Returns Policy

It’s okay – it really is. You have 15 days from receiving your product to change your mind. If you do change your mind, reach out to our customer services and they will help you with any further steps (sales at zaorstudiofurniture dot com).

• Please check the product thoroughly and inform us of any visible damage or missing parts. We will need photos to prove that the goods arrived in a less than perfect condition. If the product is still in its original packaging, simply prepare it for a courier of your choice to pick up and return it, at your cost, to our US warehouse at DSI,

• Should you no longer possess the original packaging, you are responsible for repackaging the product in an equal or better, protective packaging in order to avoid damage during the return transport. The goods will travel under your responsibility, so damages will be checked and mended at your cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
• Before returning the Goods the Buyer will receive a return confirmation from the Seller with a number.
• Before reimbursing the purchase price, Zaor will deduct a re-stocking fee, which serves to check the goods before re-entering the stock as B-stock.
• The Buyer explicitly waives any rights for cancellation or refunds on custom goods, manufactured to his specifications. Should there be a defect or lack of compliance the Buyer shall be entitled to a repair, exchange or upgrade until the Sellers has delivered the exact custom piece(s) as specified in the offer/ sales order.
