Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use both FedEx Ground shipping and Coyote, a subsidiary of UPS to deliver the goods within the best possible delay. We reserve the right to choose the most favourable means of transport, even if this adds a day or two to the delivery. If you want white glove serve and/or express delivery, please contact eds at zaor dot us to organise this, against a supplement. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Usually, our goods leave the day after the order was placed, if this happened before 2PM CET. Depending on the distance and ZIP code (our warehouses are on the East Coast in Georgia) it can take 2 -5 days before reaching you. IMPORTANT: Always leave a number where you can be reached, for the driver to arrange delivery!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship to the lower 48 States as a standard. If you are in Canada, please contact Studio Economik, if your are in a different country, please contact eds at zaor dot us

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay through the Shop payment system (powered by Shopify).
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
We use one of the major e-commerce platforms, Shopify that have extensive safety measures in place so relax! Your information is safe with us and we will never share any of your info with a third party! All transmissions of credit card data and other sensitive data is fully encrypted according to the latest safety standards.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
If you already have a Shop account, you can use that to accelerate the check-out process. If you have an Amazon account, you can use the payment information stored on Amazon to pay, without having to re-enter your information once again. If you do not have of these accounts, you need to create one with Zaor (see below).
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
In order to serve you well, we need the basic information for delivery, invoice address if different and very importantly, a mobile phone number, so our delivery service can contact you before the delivery. For the payment, we will need to provide a credit card. 
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
You can always get in touch with our office at sales at zaorstudiofurniture dot com, or call our US agent at +1 (530) 687 2049. Please be aware that he is on the West Coast, so don't call him at 8AM Eastern.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong color, item or just received a free desk from your best friend, please call us right away and we might be able to abort the order before it leaves our warehouse, ideally the same day or the nest day early at the latest. Once the goods have left, we can not cancel or change the order without extra costs, which you will have to bear. So make sure you check all the details before hitting that final purchase button!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we have organised the transport with one of our 2 services, we will provide the tracking info as and when it becomes available.
