The desk is amazing functionally but, there were some issues.
The instructions were poorly thought out, the video online skips a step and makes assumptions such as having a model with the rails already installed. My desk had multiple scratches, scuffs and damage. 2 corner was clearly bonded to together with wood adhesive after getting damaged. I can't afford to wait for another desk so i will make do. Happy overall.
Would highly recommend! Was pretty straight forward on instructions for assembly. I would say very well manufactured. Strong, sturdy and big! Looks great as well! Also shipped super fast for shipping from Romania to the United States. I’m a very pleased customer! Get one you will be too!
I can't say enough positive things about this desk. The communications from out the gate has been tremendous. Any questions I had ahead of time were answered in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait more than a few hours to hear back from the CEO. The desk itself was delivered in about a week after I ordered it. It arrived in two boxes and took about one hour to build. The instructions were very clear. The desk itself is wonderfully built. It's acoustical footprint is minimal and every process has been instilled to reduce any acoustical issues, including acoustical tiles that go behind the desk to reduce reflections. The desk is insanely strong and the oak side panels match my flooring perfectly is a wonderful touch. I couldn't have asked for a better desk and company to buy from.
